Nothing is more empowering than feeling strong. Throughout my training, as I gained experience and knowledge, I also gained confidence. I have truly found my passion and I’m so excited to share it with others.
I specialize in corporate wellness and personal training. My career in personal training began in 2017 when I got my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Since then I have worked in the gym industry, competed in a powerlifting competition, and added to my resume by becoming a weight loss specialist.
My training style is diverse and I tailor my workouts based on my client's goals, building on core movements. Many of my shorter sessions are based on High-Intensity Interval Training, or Tabata. I also believe compound movements are the key to building a strong body. I teach proper form for motions like squats and deadlifts and continue to build on those exercises as my client’s become stronger and more confident. Fitness doesn’t have to be boring, and there’s always time to fit it. I will hold you accountable, I won’t let you fail and most importantly we’re going to have fun.
